In 2022, we were thrilled to present the winner of our second annual Thanksgiving Roof Giveaway: Margaret Hall. This heartwarming giveaway allowed us to assist a deserving individual in the Tri-Cities area by providing a free roof replacement, a gesture that symbolizes our gratitude for the support we’ve received from the local community.

Meet Our Winner: Margaret Hall

Margaret Hall, a dedicated employee of the Pasco School District for over 30 years, was nominated by her sister, Catherine. Margaret has spent decades working as a janitor, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the schools in the district. Throughout her career, Margaret has given so much of herself to others, always putting the needs of others first. We felt it was finally time for someone to give back to her.

Her roof had seen better days, and it was becoming a source of stress. This Thanksgiving, we were able to take the worry off her plate and give her the gift of a new roof—a much-needed upgrade that will keep her home safe and protected for years to come.

Why We Do It

At Eminent Roofing, we’re more than just a roofing company. We’re part of the Tri-Cities, WA community, and we understand the importance of taking care of one another. Margaret’s story resonated deeply with us, and we knew we had to help. The roofing industry can sometimes be stressful for homeowners to navigate, especially when it comes to repairs or replacements. That’s why we launched our Thanksgiving Roof Giveaway to provide relief to someone who truly deserves it.
