What sold me on Eminent was the great first meeting with Ignacio for the free estimate, the many great reviews from past customer experiences, the very fair quote, the GAF Master Elite certification (top cert for the shingle type which gets you a better warranty and means they know what they're doing), and their local community service which made them feel trustworthy and caring. I was extremely pleased I made the decision as the roof turned out great, the crew was professional and cleaned up very well, and any question I had was answered immediately. Also, I wanted to give a shoutout to Yisel who works in the office and is very friendly and knowledgable. Made the experience very smooth. Highly recommend!

We did our homework when looking for a fair price and quality work for having new siding put on and chose Eminent . Ignacio made the hour plus trip to our house, did a free estimate and left us a few samples plus a color chart. About three weeks later their team came out and started residing our place. The two of them were very professional and efficient. Each day when they left you couldn’t tell they were there , they cleaned up nicely without any scrap or nails/screws laying around. The two were there for about a week and did an amazing job. When they were done , we did a walk around and couldn’t have been happier. Amazing work, fair price and the team ,from Hector down to the work crew were so easy to work with … honest and up front with the cost, and timeframe. We couldn’t be happier with our new looking place!!!
