That’s why we’re excited to announce our Annual Holiday Roof Giveaway , running all December long across the Tri-Cities (Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland).

As a locally owned, family-driven company , we’ve seen firsthand how unexpected challenges, storms, financial setbacks, or structural issues, can impact a family’s safety and comfort. For many, replacing a roof is an overwhelming expense they simply can’t take on.

Each December, we open nominations for community members to help us identify one deserving family who needs a safe, durable, professionally installed roof. No strings attached. No hidden costs. Just genuine support for neighbors who need it most.

Giving back isn’t just a mission for us, it’s personal. We were raised here. We built our business here. And we’re committed to making a positive, lasting impact here.

Nominating someone is simple, fast, and open to all Tri-Cities residents .
