Golden Pledge is available exclusively through GAF Master Elite contractors on qualifying systems. It is designed as a more comprehensive system warranty with long-term protection features such as tear-off and disposal coverage and extended workmanship coverage when eligibility requirements are met. Not every project automatically qualifies.

No. The exact warranty depends on the roofing system, materials, qualifying accessories, package, eligibility, and manufacturer requirements. Your project manager will explain the applicable warranty based on the system you select.

Lifetime refers to the length of coverage under the applicable GAF warranty terms. For a qualifying single-family home owned by individuals, it generally applies for as long as the original owner owns the property, subject to warranty terms. Coverage rules can differ for other property types. It is not a guarantee that a roof lasts forever.

After final walkthrough and payment, our office registers the applicable warranty through the GAF portal. Customers typically receive a GAF warranty packet in about 6 to 8 weeks.

Yes. Eminent Roofing offers financing for qualifying projects, with online applications, flexible payment plans, and short- and long-term options depending on the program. Exact terms depend on the lender program and your qualification.
