A Tradition Built Around Our Community

Eminent Roofing was built right here in the Tri-Cities, and giving back to the community has always been important to our team.

Since our founding, we’ve held an annual holiday roof giveaway to help a local homeowner or family in need. What began as our Thanksgiving Roof Giveaway has grown into the Eminent Roofing Holiday Giveaway, allowing our employees, customers, partners, and community to come together around one goal: helping a deserving local family.

The giveaway isn't about completing another roofing project. It's about using what we do every day to make a meaningful difference for someone in our community.

The story behind our 2025 recipient reminded our team exactly why this tradition matters.

After learning about the family and the circumstances surrounding their home, our team knew we had an opportunity to help. A roof replacement can be a major financial burden, especially when a family is already facing other challenges.

Our team came together to provide the materials, craftsmanship, and support needed to give the home a roof built to protect it for years to come.

For us, seeing the finished roof is rewarding—but seeing what it means to the family underneath it is what makes this project special.
