The 2025 Team Pasco House Open House was more than just a community showcase—it was a celebration of hands-on learning, local partnerships, and the bright futures being built in our own backyard. This year, Eminent Roofing, Inc. was proud to contribute both the roofing and siding portions of the home, constructed by high school students from the Pasco School District through the Team Pasco House program.

🔨 A Community Effort with Real Impact

The Team Pasco House project brings together students, local businesses, and industry partners to give young people a real-world experience in the trades. From blueprints to the final walk-through, students take the lead under the guidance of mentors, instructors, and trades professionals.

Eminent Roofing co-owners Ignacio and Hector were honored to attend the Open House and accept a certificate of appreciation. This project is especially meaningful to our team: Ignacio was once a student in the program himself. Now, he stands as a business owner, paying it forward to the next generation of builders.

“This program opened my eyes to what a career in construction could be,” Ignacio said. “It gave me confidence, skills, and a pathway to something I never thought possible.”
