We are committed to giving back to our community, and one of the most impactful ways we do this is through our partnership with the Pasco Vocational Building Program. Over the past 27 years, this program has enabled students to build 24 homes, and we are proud to support this year’s project—the first home built by Team Pasco in four years due to the pandemic. Originally known as “the Bulldog House,” this project has now evolved into the “Pasco Team House.”

This program provides students with valuable, in-demand construction trade skills, and it holds a special place in our hearts. Several of our team members participated in this program during high school, and their experiences inspired us to pursue our careers in the construction industry.

We are grateful for the opportunity to provide hands-on support to the students of Chiawana High and Pasco High, assisting them with the siding and roofing of the house they worked so diligently to build. Together, we are not only helping to construct homes but also shaping the future of young professionals in our community.
